Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a service could not be completed as agreed, or a product is found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds do not cover costs already incurred for parts, labour or third-party services, or digital work that has already been delivered. To request a refund, contact us with your order details and we will review your request promptly.
